BRING & BUY RULES AND PROCEDURE
 

Visitors of Dolliverse who do not wish to book a sales booth because of the limited amount of products they have to offer, can use the Bring and Buy service.

Products for sale
 A maximum of 10 items per seller are allowed to be offered for sale at the B&B booth. These can consist of new, second hand or handmade items.

Sellers are fully responsible for their items, the description must be accurate, flaws must be mentioned beforehand.

Sellers determine their prices, these prices cannot be changed by the Dolliverse staff at any time.

The application form must be filled out entirely and SENT IN BEFORE MAY 27th, 2012, incomplete and late applications will not be accepted. Sellers must list the item name, description, price and their own full name.
No modifications can be made to your list after it has been accepted by the Crew. Extra items will not be accepted on the day of the convention.

All products must be packed separately in transparent, clear bags that can be zipped or taped to close. Buyers must be able to inspect the products so make sure your package should not be destroyed to see the items.


Sale procedure

After sending in your complete form, the Dolliverse Crew will check the list of items you have for sale, allocate article numbers for them and send it back to you.

The staff will check your sale list with the items you bring in, after it has been approved by the staff, you will sign for bringing in.

YOU must label your item(s) with their number(s) and price(s) before bringing them in. Items that have not been labeled will not be accepted.

All items for sale must be handed over to the the B&B booth BEFORE 12.00 AM. Sellers who are late for any reason must contact the Dolliverse crew before this time at the contact phone number(s) below the application form. If we have not received any phone call, your application will not be accepted.

When you pick up your unsold items or earnings, the staff will check your list of items and hand over your items or pay out your earnings, you will then sign again for receiving.

Sellers total earnings will consist of the total sales price with a deduction of a 10% fee for the Dolliverse organization. This will be calculated and deducted when paying out.

Unsold items must be picked up after 16.00 PM but before 16.30 PM. Any items that have not been picked up by the end of the convention, will be considered donations to the lottery of the next edition.


Bring & Buy forms

After filling out the email form below, you will be sent an application form by email.

Sellers must provide the Crew with the following information when filling out their sale forms:
1. seller's full name
2. item name(s) (eyes/clothing/shoes/accessories/wig, etc.)
3. item description(s) consisting of size, color, brand/maker, condition
4. price(s)


Liability
 The Dolliverse organization is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen at the B&B booth. By bringing in your items for sale at the B&B booth, you accept full responsibility for any damages to or loss of your items.

The Dolliverse organization is not responsible for item descriptions and conditions, sellers assume full responsibility should complaints arise from buyers.
