* Creameet

You can work on your project or ask the help of volunteers. You can bring something along to show, do face-ups together, restring, suede, mod, sew, make jewelry, etc. and ask tips from others or offer help. A number of tables will be reserved to work at together. Please bring your own materials, we will supply a small amount of tools and materials for people who have nothing, but it's possible there won't be enough. The Creameet is meant for people to participate in without any obligations, so join in and do what you want to do. People will join you if they catch the drift! If you need help, ask other participants, we're there to help eachother.

There will also be patterns made available for copying. Please bring your own pattern paper for drafting.

* Swap

The theme for the next Swap is not available yet.
The swaphost is Fénicia, she will oversee the swap. You can also turn to her for questions.

Please enter thru the form below. Once we have received your entry, you will be placed on a list and given a swap-partner. Please note: only enter if you can finish your swap before the Dolliverse Con and can give it to your swap-pertner there.

* Participation is only possible if you register. You can register until 0-00-2011.

* Workshops

You can participate in workshops at the designated group of tables. The program for this will be made with the instructors ( if any apply ) and made public later.

* Doll Market

Anything and everything regarding Ball Jointed Dolls, Pullip, Blythe and other fun dolls will be offered for sale by various international sellers. You can expect to find Ball Jointed Dolls, asian dolls, clothing, shoes, wigs, eyes, lashes, tools, accessories, books, patterns, doll stands, doll carriers, furniture, creative materials and much more!

* Bring & Buy

Everybody can offer their dolly stuff for sale at the Bring & Buy table. This FREE service is very suitable for homemade doll things or things your dolls no longer use.

Please bring a list of the items you offer for sale and their prices and make sure to put price stickers and your name on your products prior to leaving them at the B&B.

Please note that there is a limit of 10 items per person. The organisation is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, use of this service is at your own risk.

* Commissioners

Commissions can be offered, for example by showing your previous work and taking new commissions.
If you offer doll related commissions you are offered a free 1/2 table ( please reserve in advance ).
Possible commissions can be: modding, sueding, face-ups, restringing, etc.

Holyvirus will accept modding commissions at the con.

* Photomeet

The famed group photo will be taken in the photo corner. There will be ample opportunity for taking pictures there during the day. You can also bring along your own decorations for great effects.


* Lounge

The lounge is a resting place where you can recharge. You can display your dolls, talk about your creations and purchases and enjoy entertainment.
If you want to brng along any entertainment, please let us know.

* Doll sitting & wardrobe

Leave your belongings watched after by a volunteer for as long as you like for just €0,50 per item, coat (can include gloves, shawl, etc.) or bag (anything that fits inside or is tied to the bag is included). This service is located inside the convention room.

The organisation is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, use of this service is at your own risk.

* Dollibrary

There is also a library where you can borrow pattern books, photo books, informative books and magazines. Free flyers are offered for everyone as well.
If you want to offer books for lending out during the Con, please let us know.


* Lottery

We will be giving away a lot of prizes in the lottery, so if you want to donate something, please let us know.
You can also offer handmade prizes and offer prizes at the Con itself. The more prizes, the merrier!

Once the main prizes have been given away, conselation prizes will be made available for everyone who has not won yet, for as long as supplies last.

Every participant will receive 1 free lottery ticket with their badge, extra tickets will be for sale for €1,- .
 The proceeds will go toward funding the Con.

At the infostand will be a box designated for all free stuff! You can also donate whatever you wish to give away. Free fabrics, beads, charms and haberdashery are available for common use, as well as free use of tools and machinery.
